Mr. Srinivasa N (Srini) is an Associate Director—Quality and heads the Quality Function for the Software Process Engineering business unit at MindTree. Srini has about 17 years experience in the field of quality – both in manufacturing (6 years) as well as in IT (11 years). Prior to MindTree, Srini has worked in organizations such as Dell and Cognizant Technologies. At Cognizant, Srini was part of team that successfully achieved CMMi Level 5 maturity.
